Eurowaste was founded by Wilfried Verhaegen in 1996. During his twenty-five years’ experience in waste management, he was also one of the founders of Biffa Belgium, now known as Veolia Belgium, and part of the directors’ board for several years. As a chemical engineer, Wilfried Verhaegen further developed his passion for chemistry in the waste industry

He spends most of his time investing in client relations and the search for new treatment possibilities in order to provide better solutions for customer’s waste issues.
